A few things people often ask before booking.
Do you work with non-regional businesses?
Yes. We work with businesses right across Australia. While we are based in regional Victoria, we are very experienced with metropolitan businesses too. Everything from strategy sessions to design reviews and handovers can be done online, and we deliver printed materials where needed.
How do I know which package is right for me?
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. We will ask about where your business is at and what you need, and point you in the right direction.

How long does a project typically take?
It depends on the package.
The Groundwork runs over eight weeks, The Momentum System and The Digital Fit-Out over twelve weeks, and The Real Deal over sixteen weeks.
Timelines are structured to keep things moving without rushing the work that matters.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Not much at this stage. The discovery call is just a conversation. If we move forward, we will walk you through exactly what we need and when.
Most clients are surprised by how straightforward the process is.
Do you take on more than one project at a time?
We take on a limited number of projects at any one time to make sure every client gets our full attention.
